Will the magnetic snaps damage my blades?

We designed our blade covers to be functional and aesthetically sound. The magnetic buttons were added for convenience. If used properly, we believe your blades will be free of damage. We understand that some people might have a problem handling metal objects around their blades. If you are worried about this, we suggest you choose the plastic button option when selecting the button type.

If you are not satisfied with the magnetic buttons, we will replace them with our plastic buttons free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Can my covers be washed?

Our Signature covers are made with a durable heavy duty Vinyl fabric. We suggest using a mild cleaner and damp towel to wash the exterior. Since the fabric style varies on the Customized Covers, we suggest you take them to a dry cleaner for proper care.

are my covers under warranty?

NALZA Covers: Your covers are warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. We offer a lifetime warranty on the buttons. If replacement is needed please contact us by email with your Name and Order Number at info@nalza.us. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

My order

I typed the wrong delivery address/email on my order. 

Please continue to the contact form as soon as possible with your correct email/delivery address and we will update your order.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation. 

You may have accidentally typed an incorrect email address. Please continue to the contact form if you'd like a copy of your order confirmation. 

Can I make changes to my order? 

If a request to change your order is made within 24 hours, we should be able to accommodate it. Anything after this period is not guaranteed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All of our products are made to order meaning that they will be made after we receive your order in our system. We work to fulfill orders as fast as possible. Once your order is completed (made, packaged, shipped) you will receive a notification from our carrier. Please note: There can be a delay of several hours from when the tracking number is created until it is active. Although production times vary, you can expect the following: 

NALZA Covers: Made and shipped within 7 business days after order is received.

Customized Covers: Made and shipped within 14 days after order is received. Note: This time varies due to the ordering process of the fabric you have chosen.

Please note - We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Shipping rates and times

We use USPS for both Domestic and International Shipments. For International Shipments, we recommend grouping up orders with your friends or teammates to lower the shipping cost for everyone.

Domestic - USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business day) - $7.50 + $1.00 for each item in your shipment

International - USPS Priority International (6-10 business days) - $30 - under 10 items, $60 - 10 items and over

Notice - Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. For domestic orders, if your cart total is above $150 your shipping charge will automatically be deducted when completing your checkout. For international orders, if your cart total is above $300 your shipping charge will automatically be deducted when completing your checkout.

I didn't receive a tracking number.

Once your order is packaged and ready for dispatch you will receive a tracking email from our carrier. Please note: There can be a delay of several hours from when the tracking number is created until it is active. 

Local Pick-up

We offer Local Pickup as an option for our customers located around Salt Lake City, UT. Simply select Local Pickup at Checkout and one of our associates will give send you an email when it's ready. The pick up location is at the Utah Olympic Oval (5662 Cougar Lane, Kearns, UT 84118. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID when picking up your order. 

Competition Pick-Up

From time to time we will offer a Competition Pick-Up at certain World Cup or World Championship Competitions around the world. This option will be included in the shipping options when checking out, ie. Pick Up - World Junior Championships, SLC, March 9-11, 2018.


Returns

Can I return my NALZa Covers?

Yes, we offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the covers are in new and unused condition. Please send an email with your Order Confirmation number, and return shipping information to  info@nalza.us. *Note* - Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds exclude shipping costs. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for return shipments.

Can I return my Customized Covers?

At this time we cannot offer a full refund on our Customized Covers. This is due to the fact that the fabric has to be ordered and cannot be restocked if returned. We advise that you make sure the fabric that you choose is the one you want before placing the order. Most fabrics on Joann's site can be found in their retail stores. We recommend taking a trip to the store if you are unsure about the fabric. If you are completely unsatisfied with your order we offer a half price refund excluding the price you paid for shipping. Please send an email with your Order Confirmation number, and return shipping information to  info@nalza.us. *Note* - Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds exclude shipping costs. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for return shipments.

International Returns

At this time we do not accept International Returns. All sales for International Customers are final.
